A charming 6 bedroom guesthouse located by the seafront in Lytham St. Annes - close to the main promenade and its attractions including the children's play area St. Anne's pier casino restaurants cafes and pubs. Also situated between 3 major 18 hole golf courses Including The Royal Lytham Golf course made famous by the British open golf tournaments. We are also just 2 miles from Blackpool and its attractions including Blackpool Tower the illuminations 3 theatres nightclubs the sea life centre Blackpool Pleasure Beach and 3 piers. Accessible through Blackpool coach station St. Anne's train station and Blackpool Airport or if you choose to travel by car we have off road parking. Please note we do not accept one night bookings over Bank Holiday weekends and throughout September and October weekends. Please note we only accept payment by cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee.
